Then I found myself surrounded by these beauties.
Suddenly, the island woke up and my story has begun.

My spirit feeds on joy and my life feeds on memories.
Every dish tells me a story and every plate becomes a journey.
A journey of savors, fragrances and joy.

I’ve found my joy of life there and remembered the reason why I live.
Then the joy became a promise.

If you see the world through the eyes of a child, then you’ll see real joy.
If you imagine the world like a child, then the world is yours.

I let the mighty earth surround me, nourish me, content me…
And my spirit touches this earth through a body that I cherish.
It is my precious gift, as it is the ultimate place I live.

All through the years, I’ve collected many memories and possessions.
I find great joy in each. The joy I want to share with
