Since the 1st of August it has been a joy for all of us at JOALI Maldives to once again welcome guests to our little piece of paradise. We look forward to welcoming more of you and want you to be able to book with confidence knowing there is flexibility in place during what is still an uncertain time.
For any guests who cannot travel on any date due to a positive Covid-19 PCR test result or because their flights have been cancelled, we will provide a full-refund or amend travel dates at no charge. We will require copies of documentation showing the reason travel is no longer possible.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FORCE MAJEURE
New or existing bookings confirmed on or before 31 December 2020 for travel dates until 30 June 2021 can book safe in the knowledge that they can amend or cancel their booking for any reason without charge up until 7 days before their arrival (excluding 22 December 2020 – 8 January 2021).
For any bookings falling between 22 December 2020 – 8 January 2021, we will require 30 days notice for a free cancellation. 100% cancellation charge will apply inside of 30 days.
Guests are welcome to postpone their travel dates to any period until 30 November 2021 without charge. No additional charge will apply if the guests amend dates to a more expensive travel period and guests will be given a refund of the balance if they amend their travel to a less expensive travel period.
The only period excluded for revised travel dates is 22 December 2020 – 9 January 2021.
