The programme is available in three durations:

  • Integrative Lifestyle Assessment: Begin with a comprehensive session that serves as the foundation to understand your individual and shared wellbeing goals, lifestyle habits and specific concerns. Take a fresh look at your lifestyle through the lens of the Four Pillars: Mind, Skin, Microbiome and Energy. Based on the findings, our wellbeing expert creates a tailored plan to guide you both through the programme and align experiences with your needs.
  • Follow-up Consultation: Midway through your stay, we meet again. How are you progressing? Are you on the path to meeting your goals? How can we maximise the benefits for both of you? These are some of the questions we will explore together.
  • Departure Consultation: The journey at JOALI BEING comes to an end – but your wellbeing journey as a couple continues. Let’s reflect on your shared experiences and review how you can maintain the benefits at home. Our wellbeing expert will develop a personalised wellbeing plan for you, including activities and practices that worked best during your stay.
