Inspired by the fiery female spirit and vision of JOALI’s founder and owner, Esin Gural Argat, one of our primary goals is to honour the economic and creative aspirations of women. As passionate supporters of female education and vocational training, our efforts are aimed at opening up new avenues of self-sufficiency and social entrepreneurship.

We take pride and joy in managing our own impact on the environment and promoting ecological resilience. Along with running several in-house initiatives, we also partner with local and global conservation organisations to help protect our oceans.

Here at JOALI, everyday practices align with our overall vision of sustainability. We have implemented an eco-conscious approach across the resort with the goal of minimising consumption of key resources and reducing our carbon footprint.
