Brenda's adaptability shines as she customises fitness programmes to suit our guests’ individual goals and preferences. Founded on a deep understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics, her tailored workouts are both safe and highly effective.

 

Known for her infectious positive energy, she creates an inspiring and supportive atmosphere, ideal for achieving lasting health through movement. With a bachelor's degree in Sports Science and specialised qualifications in Biokinetics, Brenda brings solid expertise in rehabilitation, sports conditioning, spinning, water aerobics, step aerobics and Pilates.

As a National Champion of Egypt, Bassem held a Top 3 ranking for over 15 years in track and field, specifically high jump. Switching gears from pro athlete to fitness specialist, he is now a globally certified level 4 trainer. His passion lies in working with guests to adapt their lifestyle to be healthier and more sportive.

 

Designed to inspire and empower, his workouts include tailored tips and advice. Bassem hold qualifications in Advanced Fitness Training from IFPA, Strength & Conditioning from EXOS , Sports Nutrition from NFHS, and Personal Training Program Design from ACE.

Suparna’s approach to yoga is grounded in embracing life to its fullest and finding joy in the simple moments. This lightness of being is what she seeks to share with our guests, by empowering them to travel their own transformative path.

 

Born to renowned spiritual healers, Suparna began her yogic journey early, growing up immersed in timeless traditions. A registered Yoga Alliance teacher, she has extensive experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin Yang, Pranayama, Meditation and Aerial yoga. She is also a certified Sports Nutritionist.
